Fund Leads For Fund Service Providers

Daily SEC Form D Intelligence

New funds launch every day. Reach them first.

Every weekday, newly launched hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture funds announce themselves in an SEC Form D filing — with their address and executives on the public record, and usually a phone number too. We find the new funds and deliver them to the firms that serve them, while each fund is still choosing its providers.

How It Works

From the SEC’s filing feed to your inbox, in three steps

No directories, no recycled lists. Every lead begins as a Form D notice published by the SEC that morning.

Step One

A new fund files Form D

Within 15 days of its first sale, every private fund must file a Form D notice with the SEC: fund name, address, executives, fund type, how much it is raising — and, in most cases, a phone number. It is public record on EDGAR.

Step Two

We filter for new funds only

We keep the new notices from pooled investment funds — hedge, private equity, venture capital, and other funds — and drop the amendments, real-estate offerings, and operating companies that fill most of the feed.

Step Three

Your firm gets the list daily

Subscribers receive the filtered list every weekday by email: fund, type, city, offering size, key executives, and the phone number when the filing lists one — in time to call while the fund is still setting up its administrator, auditor, counsel, and compliance.

Who Buys Fund Leads

Built for the firms a new fund hires first

A fund’s first weeks are when its service providers get chosen — and one administration, audit, or formation engagement is worth thousands of dollars a year.

Fund administrators

NAV calculation, accounting, and investor reporting. The administrator is usually picked before the first closing — the Form D is your earliest signal.

Audit & tax firms

Every fund needs an annual audit and fund tax work from year one. New filers have no incumbent auditor yet.

Law firms

Formation documents, offering memoranda, and ongoing counsel. Funds that just filed are actively spending on legal.

Compliance consultants

Registration, policies, and filings. A first-time manager needs a compliance framework before regulators ask for one.

Real Form D filings from October 26–27, 2026, shown exactly as a subscriber receives them — address, executives, and the phone number printed on the filing. Verify any of them against the SEC filing itself.

Every detail on these samples comes from the fund’s own Form D filing — including the phone number. Use “View SEC filing” on any sample to check it against the public record on EDGAR.

This Week’s Funds

Filed October 26–28, 2026 — new funds only

Twenty real pooled investment funds from this week’s Form D feed. Filter by type or state; open any SEC filing to verify the lead. Subscribers receive the full filing details for every fund, every weekday — phone number included whenever the filing lists one.

Fund Type City, State Offering Filed Filing

No funds match those filters.

Try a different type or state, or clear the search to see all 20 funds from October 26–28, 2026.

“Offering” is the total offering amount stated on the Form D; open-ended funds file as “Indefinite.” “Sold” is the amount already sold at filing. A fund marked pre-first-sale has not yet reported a first sale — the earliest possible moment to reach it.

Why providers start with new filers

A fund that just filed Form D has already raised — or is about to raise — real money, and it has no administrator, auditor, or compliance firm locked in yet. It is the most reachable new-client audience in fund services: identifiable the day it files, anywhere in the country.

In September 2026 alone, that audience was measured in the thousands of new filings. Your subscription puts your firm in front of the fund segment you serve, first, every weekday.

Questions

Before you subscribe

Where does the data come from?

SEC EDGAR. Every lead is a Form D notice a fund filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission — public record, published by the SEC itself. Each lead links to the underlying filing so you can verify it in one click.

Can’t I just watch EDGAR myself?

You can — the filings are free. What you pay for is the filtering: roughly 170 new Form D notices arrive daily, and most are amendments, real-estate offerings, or operating companies. We isolate the new pooled funds, attach the contact details from the filing, and email them to you before the business day starts.

What exactly is in the daily email?

Each new fund’s name, type, city and state, street address, total offering amount, amount already sold, whether its first sale has happened yet, its executive officers and promoters as listed on the filing, and the phone number printed on the Form D when the fund includes one.

How fresh is “daily”?

Funds must file within 15 days of their first sale, and many file before it. The list you receive each weekday covers the previous day’s new notices — including pre-first-sale funds that have not yet chosen any provider.
