Terms of Service

1. The Service
Fund Leads sends a daily email at 7:00am with the newest SEC Form D filings for newly launched pooled funds, filtered by the state and fund type you selected at registration. Leads are compiled from public records.
2. 30-Day Trial and Billing
Today you pay a $1 activation fee, which gives you access for 30 days so you can evaluate whether the system benefits your business. If you do not cancel before day 31, $99 per month will be charged automatically to the same card until you cancel. The $1 activation fee is non-refundable.
3. No Guarantee of Work
Paying does not mean you will secure clients or guaranteed work. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a client, engagement, or income. Leads are information for you to make contact; the outcome depends on you.
4. Data Source and Accuracy
Information comes from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR public records. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or always up to date: filings may be amended or corrected. A filing includes the fund name, address, executives, and offering data as published; a phone number appears only when the filer provided one, and not every filing includes one.
5. Filing Links
Links point to the official filing on SEC.gov as proof of each lead. We do not control SEC.gov availability and do not guarantee that a link will remain accessible.
6. We Are Not a Party to Your Deals
We only send leads. We do not participate in your calls, negotiations, contracts, or engagements with leads, and we are not responsible for anything that happens between you and them.
7. Use of Leads
Leads are for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the list with third parties.
8. Lawful Contact
When contacting leads, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws and do-not-call lists. You are solely responsible for how you contact leads.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before day 31 to avoid the $99 charge. If you cancel later, access continues until the end of the month already paid, and there is no refund for the current month.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages.
11. Service "As Is"
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that the email will arrive without interruption every day (SEC publication delays or email outages may occur).
12. Changes
We may change the service or these terms by notifying you; if you continue using the service after the change, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be resolved in Cook County, Illinois.
14. Acceptance
By paying the $1 activation fee, you accept these terms and confirm that you are 18 years or older and authorized to contract on behalf of your business.
